Charles Leong - Managing Director
Charles is a travel and tourism veteran with over fifty years of sales and marketing, and senior management experience, both in the private and public sectors. His experience has spanned the world having worked in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
His multiple careers in sales and management lead him to Singapore Airlines, Tradewinds Tours & Travel, American tours International, the Singapore Tourism Board and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Group.

JK Lim (Joon Kiat) - Director
Over the past thirty years, JK accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge in niche marketing, distribution and brand management across Asia Pacific. His travel and tourism experience started as Marketing Manager at American Express Travel Management Service, driving American Express’ Business Travel Service and Corporate Card products. Additionally, he played a significant role in the branding and launch of Envoy Travel in Singapore.
His subsequent years were in destination marketing as Business Development Manager with Holiday Tours & Travel (subsidiary of QANTAS Holidays), building the company’s brand and distribution network throughout Europe.
One of JK’s specific strength was in the student and youth market. As Group Director, Asia and Managing Director STA Travel (Singapore & Malaysia) over a decade, he built STA Travel’s brand/products and distribution network across Asia Pacific. This included developing STA Travel’s franchise business model which successfully established four franchisees in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Grace Tong - General Manager
Grace has had over twenty years experience in the travel and tourism industry. Her travel industry career began in 1986 when she joined Scenic Travel as Tour Assistant, and eventually promoted to Tour Executive, responsible for Product Development.
From 1989 to 1992, she was Marketing Executive at Thomas Cook Travel, responsible for Tours and Corporate Development. In 1992 she joined Chan Brothers Travel as Head of Planning for the Australian Tour Product. A year later, she worked at Oberoi Services as its Marketing & Sales Executive (F&B) until 1997 when she joined the Finnish Tourist Board as its Marketing Assistant. When the Finnish Tourist Board closed its office in 2000, she joined Pacific Leisure Marketing Pte Ltd as Marketing Manager. She was promoted to General Manager in 2006.

Iris Lim - Marketing Manager
Iris graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia with an Honours Degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management. In addition, she holds a Diploma in Tourism & Leisure Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Business Studies.
She has more than ten years in travel & tourism commenced at Chan Brothers Travel as a tour consultant during her polytechnic internship program. Upon graduation, she joined Safe2Travel’s corporate ticketing department before leaving for Australia to enhance her tertiary education with success. She is the Marketing Manager at Pacific Leisure Marketing Pte Ltd.
